Harvest Festival Service

9:00am pupils to arrive to Marthall Church: WA16 7SA (parking available at The Hall at Marthall). 

we are delighted that our Harvest Festival service will be held at All Saints Church in Marthall on Monday 23rd September at 9:00am. 

In order to facilitate the opportunity to hold the service in Church, parents are asked to bring children to the service - the carpark at the Hall at Marthall will be available for parents to use. 

We would like parents to stay for the service and transport their children back to school at the end of proceedings. We do recognise that this may not be possible for all families due to work commitments and therefore need to make arrangements to ensure the safe transportation of all pupils from the Church back to school. 

Action: We politely request that parents complete consent for their child to take part in the service via the Arbor app at your earliest convenience. 

Action: For families who are unable to transport their child(ren) back to school at the end of the service, please email Mrs Latchford (admin@chelford.cheshire.sch.uk) at your earliest convenience.
