Music Mark Award

As families will be aware, one of our aspirations over recent years has been to develop aspects of our music provision through the curriculum, extra-curricular and use of peripatetic tutors. Since the appointment of Mr Scarterfield in 2023, the curriculum has undergone a significant development which has enhanced our offer to pupils. This, alongside the wonderful work already in place through Miss Cocks’ piano tuition and  our Love Music Trust collaborations has led to us achieving the Music Mark recognition. Music Mark is awarded to schools to recognise their commitment to providing high-quality music education offering benefits like access to resources, training, and networking opportunities.
