Tag Rugby update

Y5/6 pupils did Chelford CE Primary School proud on Wednesday when competing in our first tag rugby competition since the covid lockdown in 2019. The torrential rain couldn’t dampen pupils’ spirits - they played with excellent teamwork and with smiles on their faces! Well done to Luca, Theo and Jack for scoring a number of tries during the competition. As always, we pass on our thanks to Andy Aspinall from Thrive for coordinating the event, HCCS for allowing use of the facilities and our families for coming out in force again to lend their support. We also extend our congratulations to Goostrey Primary School, who were deserved winners on the day! Our next sports event is a football competition for Y5/Y6 pupils on Wednesday 6th November.
