Cheshire East Family Hubs - Chelford CE Primary School parents’ information session 10.12.24

Cheshire East Family Hubs provide a range of services and support groups for children, parents and families. Advice and support regarding special educational needs, early years development, wellbeing and mental health and parent courses on a wide range of issues, are just some of the services that are available for families to access completely free of charge.

We are delighted to invite families to an information morning, which will take place on Tuesday 10th December, shortly after drop-off at 9:00am.

Colleagues from the Family Hub will be sharing information on the services that they offer to support children and their families and we would urge any parents who are able to make the session to attend. The team will also be on hand to answer any questions regarding support for families.
